Originate mortgage loans to low-to-moderate income borrowers and neighborhoods, market CRA and agency products (FHA/VA), assess applicantsfinancial data and creditworthiness, issue pre-qualifications, ensure regulatory and SAFE Act compliance, perform extensive external outreach and travel, and partner with housing agencies and real estate organizations for community-focused lending and seminars.

Oversees incident response, runbooks, monitoring, infrastructure automation, production support, Azure services, Terraform-based deployments, AI-specific operational controls, risk compliance, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications. Provides hands-on technical direction during complex production issues while managing staffing, performance, projects, and organizational objectives.

Analyzes accounts receivable aging, collateral availability, financial statements, and creditworthiness for formula-based lines of credit. Calculates ineligible amounts, processes credit requests, resolves customer discrepancies, identifies examination deficiencies, and prepares collateral and loan trend reports. Maintains internal controls, supports regulatory and audit requirements, escalates risk issues, and adheres to company policies and standards.

Owns platform strategy, Azure API Management and Azure AI Foundry operations, gateway traffic management, model onboarding, observability, reliability, security, auditability, and regulatory controls. Oversees vendors, budgets, cloud costs, production support, service levels, incident response, and transition of externally developed capabilities. Builds and develops platform engineering talent while partnering with technology, business, risk, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Designs, maintains, and executes manual and automated tests for institutional payments, money movement, fees, APIs, web, and mobile applications. Translates requirements into test automation, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, manages test data and environments, reports defects, performs root cause analysis, verifies fixes, and documents coverage. Supports production validation and system reliability while addressing risk, regulatory, audit, and operational control requirements.
