Provide comprehensive investment management to clients, develop and implement Individual Policy Statements and investment strategies, manage complex fiduciary accounts, ensure regulatory and compliance requirements, identify business development opportunities, participate in sales and divisional initiatives, mentor colleagues, and maintain strong client and internal relationships.

Perform underwriting support and ongoing monitoring for a portfolio of commercial loans. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and industry data; prepare credit write-ups, models, cash flow and covenant analyses; recommend structures and risk ratings; partner with relationship managers; ensure policy compliance and accurate data entry.

Monitors and performs complex audits within a bank lending function, including call monitoring and post-approval processes. Identifies non-compliance, maintains deficiency records, reports trends, recommends policy and process improvements, and supports implementation. Ensures adherence to internal controls, regulations, and risk standards. Communicates findings, provides feedback and training to less experienced staff, escalates risks, and maintains knowledge of applicable policies and regulations.

Conduct ongoing KYC due diligence reviews for wealth and institutional clients. Analyze ownership structures, account relationships, and documentation; identify information gaps; coordinate requests with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams; manage high-volume case portfolios; track outstanding items and deadlines; document findings; escalate complex or high-risk situations; and ensure regulatory and internal control adherence while improving processes.

Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts and DDAs, identifies discrepancies, fraud, unusual or aged items, and escalates issues. Prepares recurring accounting reports, researches reconciliation variances, supports Finance, Audit, SOX, business partners, and investors, and updates procedures. The role maintains compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory standards, corporate risk policies, and audit requirements while contributing to accurate financial statements.

Supports banking accounts involving legal proceedings, repossession, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. Coordinates with internal teams, external counsel, business partners, and vendors; negotiates sale and settlement agreements; monitors workout strategies, collateral protection, returns, legal fees, and expenses. Ensures service-level compliance, operational risk controls, audit remediation, and regulatory standards while maintaining knowledge of business and market trends.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to senior managers across Technology and Data business lines. Provides coaching on talent, performance, career development, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, engagement, and change management. Leads annual people programs, delivers HR analytics insights, collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence and internal partners, and ensures compliance with risk, regulatory, audit, and control standards.

Supports high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth wealth clients by handling daily transactions, resolving routine service issues, onboarding new relationships, and maintaining strong client partnerships. Provides sales support, reviews operational reports for compliance and security, follows risk and regulatory controls, and coordinates with Wealth Management teams and internal business partners to retain and expand client relationships.

Underwrite and monitor commercial loan relationships, analyze financial statements and credit data, prepare credit/write-up and models, recommend structures and risk ratings, ensure policy compliance, and support credit committees and relationship managers throughout the loan lifecycle.

Originate and advise borrowers on FHA/VA, conventional, and other residential mortgage products; evaluate creditworthiness, issue pre-qualifications, ensure regulatory compliance (SAFE Act), cultivate referral sources, and close mortgage loans.
