Supports the development, commercialization, and growth of products serving Mastercard ecosystem partners. Analyzes market, customer, and performance data; tracks KPIs and adoption metrics; identifies opportunities; and develops actionable recommendations. Writes and reviews code, drives prioritization and agile delivery, improves CI/CD pipelines, conducts troubleshooting and incident postmortems, mentors engineers, guides architecture, supports product acceptance, and participates in hiring and promotion decisions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams and ownership of high-availability digital payment services.

Drive B2B acceptance growth across the UK and Ireland by developing supplier, acquirer, issuer, fintech, and strategic partner relationships. Build opportunity pipelines, support partner go-to-market initiatives, create industry-specific sales strategies, and position commercial card acceptance within broader working capital and liquidity solutions. Engage senior finance stakeholders, activate suppliers, identify market opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Customer Delivery.

Supports governance, oversight, and execution of Mastercard’s Global Reach Program across Latin America and the Caribbean. Analyzes transaction and participant activity, evaluates compliance with Mastercard standards, identifies risks and opportunities, develops recommendations, and coordinates issue resolution with Legal, Compliance, Product, Account Management, and regional stakeholders. The role also contributes to governance frameworks, executive communications, standards implementation, and strategic program initiatives.

Participate in Mastercard’s 18-month Launch Graduate Program as an Associate Consultant. Work in small teams supporting major brands with strategic business challenges, using technology, data analysis, and marketing expertise.
