Own the roadmap and backlog for Mastercard’s fraud and identity Decision Management Platform. Define requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria; prioritize work across engineering teams; assess technical dependencies; facilitate Agile ceremonies, demos, releases, and stakeholder reviews; and monitor delivery. The role also supports regulatory compliance, product risk assessments, security imperatives, post-launch feedback, and production deployment activities while mentoring other product managers.

The role coordinates with engineering, operations, DevOps, product, and program teams, ensures release quality, mentors staff, supports strategic process improvement, and delivers executive-level presentations.

Supports Mastercard’s UK and Ireland division through financial analysis, accounting, P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, deal pricing, and business performance reporting. Advises management on financial risks and opportunities, evaluates customer agreements and market development initiatives, and partners with account management, marketing, services, and finance teams to improve profitability and financial processes.
