Coordinates Account Management, Ad Operations, Creative, and Analytics teams; manages campaign workflows, assets, timelines, quality checks, documentation, and reporting deliverables. Develops performance reports, strategic recommendations, and client-facing wrap decks while ensuring campaigns meet service-level agreements and client objectives.

Serve as primary client contact for media campaigns, translate business objectives into outcome-focused strategies, lead cross-functional teams for campaign delivery, present performance reports, identify expansion opportunities, manage project workflows, ensure quality and operational excellence across paid social, retail media, influencer, and analytics channels.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large accounts, drive C-suite pipeline growth, lead contract negotiations and renewals, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate Salesforce records to expand revenue and client relationships.

Performs general administrative duties such as scheduling, answering phones, managing correspondence and records, supporting team coordination, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Owns the enterprise Linux endpoint strategy, standards, administration, security, automation, and lifecycle management. Supports RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS environments using Intune, ManageEngine, JAMF, and related tools. Develops scripts, manages identity integrations, patching, vulnerability remediation, software deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational procedures. Serves as the Linux endpoint subject matter expert and escalation point, collaborates across technical teams, leads endpoint projects, and participates in rotating 24/7 on-call support.

Handles coupon settlement operations, retailer and client inquiries, submitter verification, payment dispositions, returned-mail research, chargeback reconciliation, account records, and data-quality checks. The role answers live calls, responds to emails, troubleshoots client issues, supports research projects, trains clients, and collaborates with manufacturers, retailers, processing plants, vendors, Sales, and Client Services.

Oversee daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendor and inventory management, basic technical troubleshooting and systems support, and ensure a safe, organized workplace. Manage vendor relationships, process office invoices, support IT escalations, and maintain office supplies, access, and visitor logistics.

Produce visual solutions across brand, sales, and product channels (print, digital, web, presentations). Iterate on designs, follow brand guidelines, support video/motion/photography tasks, meet fast deadlines, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure quality, and support team initiatives.
