Lead design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of scalable software solutions across the firm. Own SDLC activities, build robust test suites, identify new technologies, design solutions, deploy to cloud, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage multi-disciplinary technical projects to implement system/process changes. Work with business and operations users to translate requirements into technical solutions. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support backend infrastructure and APIs. Partner with engineers and product teams to create UX, lead user acceptance testing, maintain automation and testing frameworks, and produce technical product roadmaps. Communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support US and global position reporting and regulatory disclosure obligations. Monitor position limits and thresholds, investigate exceptions, manage escalations, and partner with Compliance, Legal, Business, and Engineering to remediate issues. Analyze complex positions across equities and derivatives, support regulatory inquiries and examinations, design controls, improve data quality and automation, and contribute to transformation and senior leadership reporting.

Manage multidisciplinary, technically complex projects to implement changes to technical systems and processes. Communicate technical and business requirements, work within SDLC and cloud environments, participate in architectural and engineering discussions, and use Jira, GitLab, Markdown and Microsoft Office tools. Apply Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies to manage stakeholder communication and documentation.

Support Regional Country Compliance for Singapore, focusing on MAS regulatory compliance and cross-divisional initiatives. Implement and oversee centralized compliance programs, drive regulatory initiatives, manage audits and regulatory interactions, coordinate responses to consultations, engage industry bodies, and handle corporate governance matters for office leadership.

Manage regulatory reporting for EMEA traded products (eg. MiFID, EMIR). Handle new business requests, implement initiatives, analyze data flows, support stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Legal and Compliance, train colleagues, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead and scale the Wealth Management Experience Research function, define research strategy, manage mixed-method studies, partner with cross-functional teams, communicate insights to executives, and build research operations and tooling to drive product decisions.
