Lead and maintain the surveillance and monitoring framework for Private Wealth Management. Draft risk and functional specs, prepare approval documents and procedures, ensure timely closure of US surveillances, track goals and remediation of audit findings, perform testing of infrastructure, data quality, and logic, lead gap analyses on inquiries/enforcement, coordinate with senior Compliance and Compliance Engineering, publish progress updates, and manage a team performing compliance surveillance.

Perform month-end and quarter-end financial accounting for Wealth Management: prepare and record general ledger entries, reconcile P&L and balance sheet accounts, perform daily revenue analysis, support strategic initiatives and change programs, create reports and presentations for leadership, coordinate cross-functional projects, and respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Build and maintain compliance surveillance and model engineering software: design, implement, test, deploy and operate end-to-end solutions using modern frameworks and large datasets. Collaborate globally with stakeholders, work on real-time processing, messaging, APIs and UI/UX, and apply AI-assisted developer tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Develop and maintain Internal Audit engineering applications: design and implement software, participate in architecture and design discussions, build data feeds, support global users, convert business workflows into technical specifications, and collaborate across engineering teams.

Lead and build cloud-based payment systems across the entire payment lifecycle. Design, develop, test, deploy and support scalable, resilient, high-availability solutions. Mentor and grow engineers, manage stakeholders across Operations, Trading and Sales, and drive delivery with focus on AWS, Java, and modern data platforms.

Perform technology audits assessing design and effectiveness of IT controls (security, availability, SDLC, change and entitlement management). Design and execute tests, analyze large datasets, write scripts, inspect code, and create visualizations. Coordinate with developers, architects, and global audit teams; document findings and evaluate remediation plans to mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Serve as legal entity controller overseeing monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, regulatory and SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP financial preparation, capital requirement analysis, and cross‑functional liaison for reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Drive firmwide data governance and data quality assurance through end-to-end data testing, metrics reporting, stakeholder alignment, automation/AI initiatives, and analytics to support remediation and regulatory needs.

Advise stakeholders on financial crime compliance risks related to digital assets. Design and oversee risk management framework and client selection criteria, develop risk metrics and reporting, and support implementation of the firm's digital assets compliance program. Engage senior personnel, legal, and business teams to propose control enhancements and ensure regulatory alignment.
