Own the roadmap and strategy for Genesys’ AI-powered virtual agent platform. Translate customer, business, and technical priorities into product decisions, coordinate dependencies across engineering and partner teams, and lead launch readiness, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Apply AI, Generative AI, and LLM capabilities to conversational self-service experiences while using customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to guide priorities. Shape broader digital product strategy as the platform evolves.

Lead Agile delivery and project coordination for IT End User Services. Serve as primary Scrum Master across multiple teams, coach Agile practices, manage hybrid Agile/waterfall projects (AV, office builds, endpoint refreshes), maintain Jira metrics and project RAID logs, and communicate status to senior leadership.

Build Angular-based user experiences using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; consume REST services; participate in code reviews; follow UX, security, accessibility, and Agile practices; and collaborate across frontend, backend, eventing, and storage layers.

Partners with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into enterprise architectures, standards, and roadmaps. Manages application and technology portfolios, identifies modernization opportunities, develops reference architectures, reviews solution designs, and supports architecture and security governance. Provides guidance on integrations, data flows, cloud adoption, lifecycle management, risk, scalability, resilience, and operational supportability while influencing cross-functional teams through collaboration.

Support the reliability, administration, monitoring, and governance of enterprise SaaS and productivity platforms. Responsibilities include incident triage, observability and AIOps tuning, outage communications, access governance, patching, resilience testing, integration troubleshooting, and Power Platform support. Develop PowerShell or Python automation, improve alert quality and remediation workflows, monitor licensing and vendor health, and contribute to documentation and operational standards. Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.

Lead end-to-end architecture and governance for Zuora Billing and the broader Lead-to-Cash ecosystem. Design subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing solutions; optimize workflows, mediation, usage processing, integrations, monitoring, and operational supportability. Partner across Salesforce, Revenue, Finance, Engineering, and Billing Operations teams to assess downstream impacts, ensure billing and revenue integrity, guide testing and releases, resolve complex incidents, document architecture, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Drive partner sales operations across LATAM by managing forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline, dashboards, KPIs, QBRs, and recurring operating cadences. Analyze partner and sales data to provide executive recommendations, improve productivity, align partner and direct sales teams, resolve compensation and account issues, and implement continuous process improvements. The role requires cross-functional influence, strong communication, advanced English, and experience in a global cloud or SaaS environment.

Lead quality engineering for enterprise ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, integrations, and releases. Develop test strategies, plans, data, documentation, and automated regression suites using ServiceNow ATF. Validate functional, integration, security, performance, and end-to-end behavior across ServiceNow modules and external systems. Integrate testing into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines, manage defects, support release readiness, and provide quality metrics. Collaborate with global stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Delivers and supports Genesys Cloud implementations for enterprise customers and partners. Responsibilities include technical consultation, post-production support, troubleshooting, customer escalations, project execution, testing, documentation, training, status reporting, and operational service management. The consultant collaborates with project teams and customers, manages multiple Agile or Waterfall engagements, maintains billable utilization, follows implementation standards, and recommends process improvements.
