The Account Executive drives new business acquisition and manages existing customer relationships by aligning their needs with Genesys solutions, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective engagement and strategic growth initiatives.

Produces end-to-end product walkthrough screencasts, UI demonstration videos, workflow tutorials, motion graphics, diagrams, icons, callouts, thumbnails, and branded templates. Partners with curriculum designers and product stakeholders to create accurate, accessible learning content aligned with instructional objectives. Maintains visual consistency, audio and color quality, captions, asset libraries, source files, and version control while applying genAI tools to improve production efficiency.

Owns production support and administration for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud environments and connected enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include resolving complex application, data, integration, automation, and user issues; managing security, configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards; maintaining data quality; conducting root cause analysis; supporting releases; documenting procedures; and driving process improvements and AI-enabled support automation. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS. Owns API and event-driven architectures, data mappings, resilience, observability, infrastructure as code, testing, and production troubleshooting for Order-to-Cash processes. Builds governed AI integrations using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, MCP, and agent workflows, applying security, PII protection, evaluation, and cost controls. Partners cross-functionally to establish reusable integration standards and provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.

Designs production-ready AI architectures for enterprise customer experience and contact center use cases. Responsibilities include RAG and knowledge architecture, AI evaluation and governance, contextual workflows, scalability and latency optimization, prototypes, third-party integrations, technical demonstrations, sales support, field enablement, and executive stakeholder influence.

Lead global partner strategy and programs to drive partner-sourced revenue and scale. Design partner tiering, incentives, KPIs, and compliance; run a virtual partner support center; own partner portal and partner tech stack; align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops; use analytics and governance to measure performance; and build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed partner organization.

Develop agentic AI solutions and integrations for Genesys Cloud using Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Build scalable backend and frontend applications, deploy containerized services with Kubernetes on AWS, and optimize cloud-native performance and reliability. Collaborate with product, architecture, and UX teams, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers. The role requires expertise in RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, AWS services, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Lead full sales cycle for UK enterprise customers, selling Genesys AI-powered cloud CX solutions. Build pipeline, run MEDDPICC-driven discovery, engage C-level stakeholders, create value-led proposals, close complex SaaS deals, and collaborate with SDRs, solution consultants, marketing, and customer success to drive growth.

Leads activation and amplification of customer stories and proof through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Develops campaign models, content portfolios, and playbooks; coordinates customer content for major events; partners with digital, social, communications, field marketing, events, campaigns, sales, and customer success teams; manages cross-functional workstreams; and defines KPIs to measure reach, engagement, reuse, field utilization, and business impact.

Leads content marketing for Customer Success, Professional Services, and Orchestrators. Develops web copy, blogs, thought leadership, executive and analyst presentations, sales materials, customer stories, video scripts, and field content. Translates complex AI, technology, and services concepts into compelling narratives, supports campaigns, guides creative partners, equips sales teams, and measures content performance. This hands-on role collaborates with executives, subject matter experts, customers, campaigns, and program leaders to increase visibility, engagement, and adoption.
