Provide strategic and hands-on legal and compliance support for GE Healthcare PDx across LATAM. Advise senior leaders on healthcare compliance, anti-bribery, data protection, trade and government interactions; manage complex transactions, investigations, third-party risk, and regional governance. Customer-facing sales role focused on selling service offerings (labor, parts, accessories, solutions). Prospect, qualify, quote, and close service business; develop relationships with key buying influences; manage funnel and proposals; support field sales and service teams; track opportunities in CRM; collaborate cross-functionally to maximize service revenue and ensure quality and compliance.

Serve as finance business partner for AKA segment leadership driving FP&A: monthly/quarterly reporting, operating reviews, pricing and profitability analysis, budgeting/long-term strategy, automation of dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to inform commercial and investment decisions.

Coordinate end-to-end service operations including quotations, order fulfillment, parts/logistics coordination, vendor management, procurement, billing, and customer liaison. Maintain records in company systems, resolve operational issues, prepare reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely service delivery, revenue realization, and process improvements.
