Lead brand and marketing strategy for a new membership-based premium live-entertainment club. Define brand identity and voice, create brand book, prospecting and sales materials, and member communications. Oversee content, social, video, PR and agency relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Events, Sales, and Member Experience to build full customer journeys and go-to-market plans. Eventually hire and lead a marketing team.

Manage monthly financial close, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting for Ad Sales across Sports, Entertainment, and News. Produce variance analysis, maintain expense budgets, support sales incentive comp processing, handle invoicing and ad hoc reporting, and drive reporting and process improvements across sales, marketing, and finance teams.

Design, build, and maintain backend systems, own functional areas from design to production, mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, ensure security and testing standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and enable AI/ML integrations on cloud platforms.

Design, build, and operate large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and processing frameworks and lakehouse architectures. Develop batch and streaming pipelines, data models, and data products for analytics and ML. Support anchors and producers by pitching and producing stories, monitoring breaking news, researching and producing elements, writing scripts, and coordinating daily story development for a fast-paced political news program.

Research breaking news and write concise on‑air copy and data graphics (lower thirds, news scrolls, side panels) for daytime programming. Produce real‑time quotes during hearings and events, fulfill day‑of‑air information requests, and collaborate with researchers and show teams to turn long‑form research into compelling, on‑screen content.

Lead and optimize revenue operations and business systems (Salesforce, OMS), design scalable workflows across the pitch-to-pay lifecycle, build a centralized operational data platform and reporting, drive integrations and automation, and lead cross-functional projects to enable growth and operational excellence.

Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP of News Programming: manage complex calendar, screen calls and visitors, prepare confidential correspondence and presentations, coordinate travel and expenses, support editorial clipping and research, follow up on time-sensitive action items, and complete special projects while handling confidential information with discretion.

Edit and create videos and graphics for broadcast, produce guest segments and reporter hits, pitch and research political/current events stories, identify and book guests, coordinate studio and field crews, and produce content for social media under tight deadlines.
