Leads Fiserv’s APAC growth, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy for embedded finance and digital assets. Drives business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion. Builds executive relationships across financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, platforms, and marketplaces; coordinates with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery teams; provides regional market expertise; influences product roadmaps; and represents Fiserv externally.

The Sales Representative/Business Consultant travels across an assigned territory to introduce Clover’s POS and business management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Responsibilities include partnering with financial institutions, generating and cold-calling leads, expanding a sales portfolio, managing a pipeline, consulting with merchants, tailoring solutions, and driving revenue in a quota-based B2B sales environment.

Lead enterprise architecture for cloud-native payments and card-issuing applications. Define high-level and low-level designs, technical specifications, engineering standards, and end-to-end solutions across multiple workstreams. Guide projects from requirements through development, testing, and deployment while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Apply expertise in Java, cloud, microservices, APIs, security, data, web, and mobile technologies. Mentor junior staff and support agile and waterfall delivery.

The Sales Representative will engage clients to promote Fiserv's payment and financial solutions, focusing on innovative customer interactions and sales growth.

Supports client implementations, conversions, and migrations in financial services, with a focus on card issuing and payment processing. Gathers and documents business and functional requirements, analyzes current and target processes, maintains traceability, supports solution design and testing, resolves functional issues, and assists with operational readiness, go-live, transition, and post-implementation activities. Acts as a liaison among clients, business stakeholders, product, technology, testing, and third-party teams.

Supports client implementations, conversions, and migrations in card-processing and payments environments. Gathers and documents business and functional requirements, analyzes current and target-state processes, identifies gaps and impacts, and maintains traceability and governance documentation. Works with clients, SMEs, product, technology, testing, and third-party teams throughout delivery. Supports solution definition, testing, UAT, operational readiness, go-live, issue resolution, transition to BAU, and post-implementation reviews.

Lead requirements discussions with merchant acquiring banks and financial institutions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment solutions; draft end-to-end acquiring solutions; resolve functional queries; collaborate with clients, product and technology teams, and third-party partners; translate needs into scalable, compliant implementations; and identify systemic trends and business impacts.

Leads end-to-end merchant acquiring and payment solution design and delivery for banks, fintechs, payment providers, and merchants. Defines solution architectures, operating models, platform alignments, and transformation strategies across gateways, authorization, settlement, pricing, reconciliation, fraud, and digital commerce. Acts as a trusted client advisor, leads workshops and executive presentations, evaluates risks and assumptions, and ensures solutions meet regulatory, card-scheme, security, operational, and commercial requirements.

Manages end-to-end client implementations, conversions, migrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and transition to business-as-usual operations. Coordinates cross-functional internal teams, clients, and third parties while managing schedules, resources, risks, issues, governance, readiness criteria, communications, and implementation controls. Leads go-live command-and-control activities, supports incident management and operational handover, tracks acceptance and closeout, and drives lessons learned. The role requires strong financial services implementation experience, particularly in cards and payments.

Supports operational readiness for financial services client implementations, migrations, and conversions. Responsibilities include assessing current and target processes, documenting requirements, tracking readiness actions and dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, preparing teams for go-live, and transitioning operations into warranty and business-as-usual support. The role also supports governance, testing, training needs, handover documentation, risk escalation, post-implementation reviews, and closure of outstanding readiness activities within card-processing and payments environments.
