Lead design, engineering, migration, automation, and operation of Oracle and PostgreSQL database platforms on Azure. Build reference architectures, run migrations, ensure HA/DR, performance tuning, security controls, CI/CD integration, automation (IaC and scripting), incident escalation, and mentor junior DBAs.
