Provide fund accounting and administration services for alternative products (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Private Debt). Process capital calls and distributions, set up static data, perform quarterly reporting, handle client-specific reporting, liaise with asset managers and audits, and implement new products/processes while meeting deadlines.

Originate and close complex fund administration mandates across institutional, alternatives, and hedge fund clients. Lead multi-product sales pursuits, advise on operating model design and scalability, manage end-to-end RFPs, structure commercial proposals, drive deal execution, and expand relationships through cross-sell and industry engagement.

Lead and drive enterprise-wide annual and multi-year strategic planning, execution tracking, KPIs and board reporting. Advise senior leaders, coordinate across a matrixed organization, manage strategic governance, deliver data-driven insights, and lead a small high-performing team to ensure alignment and accountability for strategic priorities.

Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for procurement programs within the Procurement PMO. Maintain models, perform variance and scenario analysis, support annual planning and stage-gate reviews, prepare dashboards and executive materials, identify financial risks, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure financial alignment across procurement initiatives.

Analyze paid media performance, build dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio), measure KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, CLTV), support tracking/tagging (GTM), collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering, run testing/experimentation, and improve attribution and integrated campaign reporting.

Support Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), forecasting, and Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (CAAP). Maintain FTP reporting, run financial analyses, prepare presentations and documentation, and coordinate with Finance Technology, Treasury, Capital Adequacy, and business units for monthly/quarterly/annual planning and ad hoc requests.

Lead IBM Z configuration management and z/OS systems architecture, set standards and governance for sysplex, PR/SM, SMP/E, WLM, JES2 and security, oversee MSP deliverables, drive resilience, compliance, performance tuning, DR readiness, automation, incident RCA and audit support across production, DR and test environments.

Lead global accounting product portfolio, define vision and multi-year roadmap, align Product/Technology/Operations/Finance/Risk, own pricing and P&L, drive modernization and revenue growth, sponsor delivery and governance, and represent the firm in client and industry engagements.

Assess investor profiles and documentation to determine AML/KYC risk levels and compliance, capture and validate application data in workflow/line-of-business systems, respond to client and internal queries, and communicate required documentation to clients and investors.

Coordinate and manage Financial Reporting team workflow to ensure accurate, timely financial statement preparation and regulatory/statutory reporting. Communicate procedures, train staff, escalate critical issues, interact with clients and auditors, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal revision.
