Lead fund accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness, escalate critical issues, follow procedures and client-specific checklists, perform complex tasks with significant financial impact, act as subject matter expert and mentor, supervise daily operational activities, interact with senior management, and maintain in-depth client accounting knowledge.

Lead and coordinate Technology Risk and Controls activities: manage projects, develop presentations and briefing materials, drive process improvements, maintain knowledge base, and analyze data using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to inform IT management decisions.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of fund/client accounting processes, enforce procedures, identify trends and root causes, serve as subject-matter expert and client resource, develop process improvements, mentor and supervise junior staff, and execute complex activities with significant financial or client impact.

Support trade lifecycle and settlements operations for custody clients, perform risk controls and error analysis, investigate and resolve exceptions, maintain MIS, implement process improvements, train staff, and coordinate with onshore/offshore partners to meet SLAs.

Lead and execute end-to-end transfer agency operations (subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, dividends, cash management). Manage complex projects, process redesign, and MIS analysis. Provide subject-matter expertise, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, meet KPIs, and coach/manage partner staff to drive quality and scalability across onshore/offshore teams.

Provide private equity fund administration including fund accounting, investor reporting, transfer agency tasks, reconciliations, QA, migrations/onboarding, system change support, testing, process improvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Subject-matter expert in end-to-end private equity fund accounting and transfer agency activities. Acts as liaison between accounting and stakeholders, reviews deliverables, manages resources, drives system changes and testing (manual/automated), identifies automation opportunities, handles client/audit queries, coaches and trains staff, and serves as backup to the team lead.

Perform daily reconciliation of transactions, positions and cash for hedge fund clients. Confirm OTC trades, liaise with trading desks, counterparties, legal and control groups to resolve discrepancies, and manage settlement and swap cash flows (upfront fees, unwinds, resets, premiums). Process periodic resets for IRS, CDS, TRS, review corporate actions, support automation projects, and identify process improvements.

Lead and oversee multiple high-risk internal audit engagements across asset servicing, manage audit teams, assess risks and controls, draft findings and recommendations, coordinate with stakeholders and other audit teams, provide coaching and technical expertise, and contribute to audit plan evolution and continuous monitoring.

Serve as the specialist business analyst on an Entitlements scrum team to define, prioritize, and deliver user stories. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process and data analysis, working with design and technology teams through build and testing, supporting UAT and integration testing, data migration, operational readiness, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment to program strategy in an Agile environment.
