Provides confidential administrative, planning, and executive support to a senior health system executive. Responsibilities include calendar management, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation, logistical coordination, special projects, leadership networking, and professionally representing the executive and health system.

Designs, enhances, implements, and supports Oracle ERP applications, contributes to business transformation initiatives, and may lead medium-sized project or work teams. Responsibilities include application lifecycle management, deployment, support, maintenance, and delivery of medium to complex development projects.

Performs complex healthcare actuarial analyses with minimal supervision, evaluates risk, communicates findings to stakeholders, and owns projects from planning through completion. Provides project guidance, coaches junior analysts, and collaborates across teams. Requires healthcare actuarial and analytics experience, actuarial credentialing, SQL or programming experience, and financial data analysis skills. Preferred experience includes commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, APM, and value-based care methodologies.

Provides reception and general office support, including answering and directing calls, responding to call lights, faxing, photocopying, filing, answering phones, and preparing reports using office software. Works under the guidance of unit leadership in a healthcare setting. This is a part-time day-shift position requiring 12 hours per week.
