Lead cross-functional engineering and operational initiatives to define, coordinate, and deliver enterprise clinical communication and integration solutions. Drive modernization, process improvement, technical coordination, and organizational alignment across nurse call, middleware, operator consoles, contact center integrations, and related healthcare communication platforms to improve caregiver workflows and patient communication.
