Senior Software Test Engineer responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing and maintaining automated test suites, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality and QA processes.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests and frameworks. Investigate defects, collaborate with developers and product teams, participate in code reviews, mentor junior testers, maintain test environments and tooling, and define testing standards and procedures to ensure reliable software delivery.

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of an EMR platform. Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with healthcare requirements.

Design, develop, maintain, and support custom .NET applications (frontend and backend). Write clean, testable code, follow SDLC best practices, implement RESTful APIs and microservices, use ORMs and unit testing, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform debugging and code reviews, and collaborate on design and requirements. Travel as needed.

Drive product vision, roadmap and backlog for clinical imaging/healthcare products. Conduct customer-centric discovery, define features (Gherkin), manage engineering sprints, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor product performance, manage rollouts/betas, and support go-to-market activities to ensure feature-market fit and delivery.

Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to design and deliver full-stack web applications. Champion agile and CI/CD practices, improve engineering processes, and provide people leadership including performance management and career development.

Drive quality across the SDLC by designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, creating API and end-to-end tests, integrating tests into CI/CD, mentoring engineers, defining quality strategy, and collaborating with product, DevOps, and engineering to ensure reliable, secure releases.
