Manage litigation support teams for DOJ Fraud Section cases: assign tasks, oversee timelines, ensure processing/production, coordinate with attorneys, recruit and train staff, implement QA and continuous improvement, and manage personnel and administrative functions.

Provide employee relations expertise and counsel to managers and employees, conduct investigations, advise on performance management and legal compliance, support policy/program design, partner with legal on claims/audits, deliver training and metrics, and develop tools to foster a positive work environment.

Provide document management and eDiscovery support for DOJ Fraud Section investigations and trials. Organize case materials, perform document review and coding in eDiscovery platforms, assist with witness interview and trial preparation, provide in‑court exhibit support, log discovery productions, and maintain high-quality, deadline-driven deliverables.
