Provide systems administration and account-management support for Distributed Ground System operations. Provision and maintain user accounts with SailPoint, troubleshoot access and system issues, support upgrades, perform health checks across infrastructure, document configurations in SharePoint, collaborate with security teams, and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff. The role requires expertise across programming, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, SAP, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and DevOps, supporting financial auditability and transportation logistics for USTRANSCOM.

Supports system integration, verification, validation, and delivery of complex hardware, software, and firmware systems. Develops and coordinates integration and test plans, tracks requirements, risks, issues, and corrective actions, and maintains technical documentation and system configurations. Creates test procedures, reports, operating procedures, user manuals, installation guides, and training materials while coordinating work across engineering teams and supporting national security missions.

Provides comprehensive HR support, advising managers and employees on policies, employment regulations, workforce assignments, benefits, and HR issues. Develops policies, procedures, and project plans; conducts HR research and data analysis; prepares management memoranda and briefings; evaluates job classifications and salaries; and maintains accurate employee and organizational data. Collaborates with leadership to resolve issues and support strategic HR initiatives.

Lead requirements elicitation, design, testing, and sustainment of financial system interfaces and large-scale data conversions to Momentum Financials. Analyze legacy and target data, reconcile issues, document designs/control documents, coordinate technical teams, validate interfaces/conversions, train users, and implement QA and process improvements. May mentor junior staff.

Provides litigation support to USAO attorneys in criminal and civil cases. Responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files, conducting basic legal research, organizing discovery, compiling trial materials, supporting witness interviews and depositions, maintaining calendars, assisting with eDiscovery, and handling court filing, document logistics, and travel administration.

Supports the Department of Justice’s Radiation Exposure Compensation Program by answering applicant questions, interpreting regulations, maintaining case files, conducting basic legal and factual research, indexing case materials, and reviewing documents for legal sufficiency. The role also involves preparing attorney materials, using eDiscovery and document-management systems, and performing administrative law assignments in a call-center environment.
