Manage complex satellite communications programs from contract award through execution. Serve as customer liaison, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, contracts, finance, production), oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and program pipeline, and maintain project data (SalesForce). Design, implement, and operate hybrid on-prem/AWS cloud and edge platforms. Maintain OpenShift/Kubernetes environments, integrate AI, perform trade studies, ensure security/compliance, document architectures, and mentor engineering teams.

Migrate legacy on-prem systems to AWS, configure cloud environments to customer specs, deploy containerized applications, implement SSO/IAM integrations, and harden systems to meet DoD CC SRG / DISA STIG compliance.

Provide 24/7/365 systems, network, and security operations for CSfC Gateway and Remote Nodes. Monitor SIEM and network traffic, detect anomalies, implement initial incident response, maintain documentation, manage vulnerabilities, apply patches and hardening, and support NSA registration and ATO renewal in coordination with the US Government.

Deploy to forward exploitation labs to perform electronic device forensics and RF analysis, identify components and circuits, demodulate/ decode signals, recover data with tools like XRY/Cellebrite/GrayKey, produce technical forensic reports, maintain chain of custody, support training and higher-level lab projects, and coordinate with CONUS engineering and military units.

Perform day-to-day Linux system administration for enterprise environments: deploy, configure, secure, patch, and upgrade RHEL servers and virtualized resources. Maintain VMs, integrate hardware/software, support networked devices, implement security compliance, document configurations, and decommission legacy systems to support a mission in Fort Meade, MD.
