Perform daily operational processing (claims, eligibility, admin), follow SOPs, ensure accuracy and compliance, escalate exceptions, support data entry and basic reporting, collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements and customer‑focused outcomes.

Lead Production Support Operations for CRD platforms (OnePA, ATK). Provide technical and functional leadership, incident resolution, operational stability, and subject-matter expertise for PSO and CRD teams supporting US healthcare and PBM workflows.

Provide operational support for client service and account management: analyze and resolve routine eligibility issues, manage work queue, participate in process improvements, support year-end readiness, and maintain performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.

Designs and executes test plans and scripts for data and analytics projects, performs UAT, validates results, identifies and remedies defects, supports data staging and deployments, and documents QA policies and metrics to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
