Hands-on lead software engineer responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging enterprise applications and middleware. Provides systems analysis, mentors junior staff, aligns solutions with technology strategy, configures middleware, and ensures performance, availability, security, capacity, and operational efficiency. Supports troubleshooting and modern delivery practices (CI/CD, BDD/TDD) within Agile/Scrum teams.
