Establishes proposal processes and tools, champions AI-enabled solutions, coordinates with contracts, pricing, and legal teams, and ensures compliant, high-quality, on-time submissions.

Manages schedules, compliance, color reviews, proposal teams, oral presentations, demonstrations, pricing and legal coordination, post-submittal responses, and content libraries. Requires extensive federal acquisition, Shipley methodology, DoD proposal management, executive communication, and team leadership experience.

Manage an enterprise-level DoD cyber range and IT/OT technology program, overseeing contractor and subcontractor personnel, scope, cost, schedules, resources, documentation, testing, training, and performance metrics. Represent the program with senior military and government leadership, deliver briefings and reports, participate in national-level working groups, and drive execution across multiple projects.
