Provide on-site customer support and account administration: reconcile accounts, manage equipment balances, resolve queries, log Salesforce cases, support TEMS/helpdesk, perform yard duties, stock counts, and escalate issues to CHEP management.

Execute regional logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of CHEP equipment. Manage order processing, dedicated fleets and routes, customer interactions, incident resolution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize costs and service levels.

Perform FP&A for North America overheads: budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, financial modeling, month-end close support, reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional business partnering to drive cost optimization and strategic decisions.
