Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and service agreements, manage vendor disputes and pre-litigation issues, support M&A due diligence, develop contracting templates and playbooks, and advise on operational risk, compliance, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Lead North America litigation and employment strategy, advise on employment matters, manage outside counsel and disputes, support risk mitigation and claims handling, partner with HR and business teams, and provide pragmatic legal counsel on contracts, operations, and high-risk matters for the company.

Develop and manage embedded firmware for IoT devices, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Lead architecture and design efforts.
