Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements.

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging relationships to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.

  • Manage and strengthen customer partnerships via negotiations, contract management, and delivering long-term value for sustainable success.

  • Design and implement tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and enhance CHEP’s value proposition.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and strengthen CHEP’s competitive positioning.

  • Prepare and present accurate reports and forecasts, and lead the creation of joint business plans with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Represent CHEP externally at industry conferences and events, promoting brand recognition and building relationships with FMCG leaders.

  • Fluency in Estonian and English language
