The role also contributes to risk-based audit planning, governance improvements, and mentoring junior auditors.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, KPI reports, and analytics solutions for global HR stakeholders. Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; automate reporting; translate business requirements into visualizations; support data governance and quality initiatives; and present insights to business audiences. Collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Sustainability, and international teams while providing technical guidance on analytics tools.

Develop and execute internal communications strategies, campaigns, and change communications for Digital and Transformation initiatives. Create engaging content across articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, SharePoint, visual materials, and virtual events. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, regional communications and marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to align messaging, support crisis preparedness, and drive employee engagement. Track communication metrics, gather feedback, and improve communication effectiveness across diverse audiences.

Manage day-to-day payroll across in-house, managed-service, and outsourced platforms for multiple countries. Ensure statutory compliance, execute monthly payroll approvals, reporting, payments and year-end tasks. Liaise with vendors, support audits, administer expatriate payroll, share plans and stock options, and drive payroll process improvements while maintaining data protection and governance.
