Serve as primary escalation for key client relationships; oversee preparation and review of financial statements for accuracy and compliance; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues; and lead process improvement and technology-driven efficiency initiatives within the accounting function.

Lead the Derivatives Support Group to oversee day-to-day OTC derivatives operations, escalations, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle processing. Drive process improvements, standardization, scalability, and reduced manual intervention. Ensure linkage between derivatives activities and NAV/financial reporting, lead complex initiatives, and manage production oversight and control effectiveness while working with fund accounting platforms (InvestOne/FIS preferred).

Lead multiple fund accounting teams to calculate NAVs, performance, allocate expenses, prepare financial reports, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage client and auditor relationships, and recruit and develop staff to meet accounting objectives.

Provide complex analytics, reporting, and automation for client processing systems; manage moderate-to-complex external client issues; advise teams, participate in product development and system testing; support and train junior staff; ensure timely resolution of processing problems.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Lead technical discussions, oversee team delivery, promote engineering best practices, implement microservices and event-driven architectures, integrate components, and ensure security and CI/CD. Foster Agile development, participate in code reviews and daily ceremonies, and collaborate across engineering teams to deliver software iteratively.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Java microservices and LLM-based AI agents. Own architecture, observability, CI/CD, JVM tuning, security, and incident response. Mentor and lead a small engineering team to build reliable, testable systems and automated AI agent solutions.

Prepare and submit Luxembourg regulatory reports (CSSF, BCL) ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Oversight, and Technology, validate data, investigate discrepancies, and support process improvements, system migrations, and automation.

Lead and manage Exadata and engineered database systems to ensure uptime, performance, backup/recovery, and security. Oversee backups, monitoring, tuning, stakeholder support, incident resolution, and compliance with SOX/ITIL/change processes.

Lead fund accounting for private equity structures, prepare NAVs, capital accounts, reconciliations, and waterfall models. Serve as primary preparer and reviewer, manage audits, mentor junior staff, and maintain controls while supporting client relationships and process improvements using digital/AI tools.
