We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance II to join our Lux Regulatory Reporting Team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Team overview:

Lux Regulatory Reporting Team delivers reporting service in a monthly, semi-annual, annual and ad-hoc tasks. In addition to reporting activities, team’s responsibilities include system maintenance and fund events processing.

Lux Regulatory Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Fund Accounting, Oversight, and Technology, as well as active participation in process improvements, system migrations and automation initiatives. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports in advance of deadlines, i.e. monthly CSSF reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual BCL reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for reporting.
  • Validate data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and procedures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on reporting status.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reporting processes and procedures.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 3 years of experience in fund accounting, regulatory reporting or a closely related financial area.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data tools or automation (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, VBA, Python) is an advantage.

  • Ability to analyse data, investigate discrepancies, and propose effective solutions.

  • English fluency.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
