Provide frontline legal counsel for global disputes, arbitrations, and litigation from intake through resolution. Independently assess risks, manage outside counsel and budgets, oversee e-discovery and legal holds, draft settlement and dispute documents, conduct investigations, advise on IP, cybersecurity, bankruptcy, and contract disputes, and deliver guidance to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Support M&A diligence and occasional employment matters.

Lead design, operate, and scale production Kubernetes platforms using GitOps (ArgoCD). Build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure (Terraform), implement SRE practices (SLOs, incident management), and improve observability and reliability across cloud environments.
