Analyze HR data, build interactive Power BI dashboards, maintain HR tech (Workday), validate data integrity, generate reports and insights for workforce planning, recruitment, engagement and retention, and provide training and documentation to HR stakeholders.

Administer and automate developer tooling and CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Runners, JFrog Artifactory/Xray). Configure code quality and testing tools (GitHub Code Quality/Codacy, Sauce Labs, BlazeMeter), develop custom integrations and automation scripts, analyze license usage and metrics, collaborate with teams, and meet MTTS targets.

Lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across customer implementations and product development. Define testing scope, quality standards, automation frameworks, performance and reliability testing, CI/CD quality pipelines, release readiness, and risk-management processes. Collaborate with architects, product, development, TechOps, support, customers, and stakeholders to identify risks, validate enterprise integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement through automation optimization and AI-assisted testing.

Implement, configure, maintain, and support Blue Yonder Category Management solutions for customer projects. Resolve technical and functional incidents, manage Azure environments, integrations, databases, migrations, upgrades, and batch scheduling. Review architecture and integration designs, coordinate with consulting and cloud teams, lead knowledge transfer and transition plans, and drive service improvements. The role requires customer-facing communication, documentation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and occasional travel to customer sites.
