What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations, with emphasis on Security, Succession Planning, Talent & Performance, and Reporting, including incidents, service requests, and minor-to-major enhancements. Along with Absence and Time Tracking experience will be an added advantage.
- Analyse and troubleshoot production issues involving security access, business process steps, talent processes, succession events, performance reviews, goals, and reporting; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure secure access to sensitive talent, succession, and performance data; support periodic access reviews, segregation-of-duties assessments, and audit requests.
- Partner with product, platform, engineering, HR, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and hyper-care.
- Support data validation, report reconciliation, downstream consumption, and integration troubleshooting as needed.
- Align with Blue Yonder core values: Empathy, Results, Relentless, and Teamwork
