As a Senior Analyst, you will lead investment performance reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance, maintaining performance tools, and collaborating with various business units to enhance reporting capabilities.

The Controllership Analyst will manage balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with timelines, and addressing queries from business partners.

Provide 24/7 regional Front Office application support (primarily Aladdin and Portware), resolve incidents/problems, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, perform testing and scheduling job maintenance, manage user onboarding/certifications, maintain controls and documentation, and continuously improve service levels and system performance during US timezone shift.

Lead business management for the hedge fund franchise, oversee trade order entry and complex transaction implementation, manage a 3-5 person implementation team, drive cross-functional initiatives, represent the investment team with partners, and support process automation and system implementations.
