The Lead Financial Analyst will support the Insurance and Annuities LFO group by conducting spread calculations and analysis, providing management reporting, handling sales reporting, preparing cash guidance reports, and offering forecasting support for annuity spread income.

This role involves maintaining and providing accurate client and regulatory reporting on pooled fund products. Responsibilities include producing investment data reports, managing information workflow, maintaining static data, and collaborating with internal departments. Required qualifications include experience in financial services, knowledge of pooled fund products, analytical skills, and proficiency in Word and MS Excel. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Factset and Vermilion, knowledge of UCITs and PRIIPs regulations, and European language skills.

Ensure accurate processing of EMEA & APAC payrolls, handle payroll queries, provide reporting for payroll sign off, and assist with payroll projects. Collate payroll change instructions, process payroll input, maintain checklists, prepare reconciliations, manage payroll queries, and assist with payroll marketing tasks.
