Lead growth, enhancement, and maintenance of the advisory platform (including trading, proposals, billing, compliance, reporting, and integrations). Design and implement new features, translate product strategy into platform configurations, manage testing and rollouts, document requirements, partner with vendors, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the subject matter expert and advisor-facing coach for platform functionality.

Lead technical direction and delivery for Public Investments engineering across front-end, backend, and data platforms. Manage engineers, define architectures, enforce engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, observability), drive API and data integration quality, improve data warehouse reliability, and support production stability through incident response and preventative improvements. Collaborate with product, enterprise architecture, and stakeholders to align roadmaps and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Design, build, and operate identity governance capabilities and Java-based IAM/IGA applications. Implement lifecycle management, access requests, RBAC, access reviews, and automation. Support production, audits, documentation, release planning, and on-call duties.
