Develop and deploy deep learning models (imitation and reinforcement learning) for agent behavior prediction and driving plan generation. Build large-scale ML pipelines, training frameworks, and metrics to evaluate safety, comfort, progress, and realism. Create tools to analyze errors and collaborate with Perception, Planning, Simulation, and Validation teams to improve autonomous driving performance.

Lead production quality assurance activities: track and resolve non-conformances, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, establish NVH inspection processes, develop PFMEA and control plans, and lead continuous improvement across supplier, manufacturing, and vehicle development teams to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
