Design electrical systems for facilities, including power, lighting, instrumentation, controls, fire alarms, grounding, communications, and substations. Develops communication strategies, themes, messages, information effects, and performance measures; facilitates synchronization working groups; prepares senior-leader briefings, reports, and information papers; and conducts classified and unclassified research for operational and contingency plans. Requires DoD-related experience, strategic communications expertise, AI tool knowledge, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Lead systems engineering and integration for NASA’s Space Launch System, including interface control documentation, system architecture, requirements management, verification planning, digital engineering tools, technical reviews, and cross-disciplinary coordination across NASA centers, contractors, and engineering organizations. Resolve SLS and Exploration Ground Systems interface issues, support milestone reviews, and provide technical leadership for systems integration and verification activities.

Leads strategic communications for Intelligence Community customers, producing executive messaging, speeches, reports, articles, web content, newsletters, and event materials. Researches, writes, edits, formats, and quality-checks communications for multiple platforms and audiences. Coordinates stakeholders, design, and web teams while managing deadlines and publication standards. Advises leadership on messaging and presentation delivery and independently manages communications requirements with minimal oversight.

Coordinates purchasing, transportation, inventory, vehicle and accountable property management, facility services, office moves, and logistics programs. Reviews invoices and financial records, prepares shipments, manages inventories, resolves transportation issues, and works with facilities and IT teams. The role requires five years of logistics experience, strong knowledge of supply chain regulations, independent problem-solving, customer service, resource management, and proficiency with office software and logistics databases. Potential travel to domestic or international locations may be required.

Provides advanced administrative and executive support, including office coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, reports, expense processing, meeting support, and cross-department follow-up. The role also involves confidential work, document preparation, inventory and storeroom coordination, purchasing or subcontracting support, CMMS use, and process improvement. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, professional communication, flexibility for overtime or weekends, and occasional travel.

Provides systems engineering and system-level integration support for NASA’s Space Launch System and Exploration Ground Systems interfaces. Responsibilities include functional design, system architecture, interface control documentation, requirements management, verification planning, technical integration across engineering disciplines and organizations, issue resolution, trade studies, and support for program milestone reviews. The role also supports ICD development, verification closure assessments, and coordination among NASA centers, element teams, and prime contractors.
