Lead North America Connected Services strategy and operations for Airbus Helicopters. Drive eSolutions lifecycle, data-driven service transformation, partnerships, sales support, and regional P&L influence. Oversee software integration, data governance, export control compliance, analytics adoption, MVP delivery using Agile PLM, performance tracking, forecasting, and training of regional teams.
