Support Quality Procurement for cabin, propulsion and equipment by identifying process improvements, contributing to or leading improvement projects, optimizing team governance, and assisting the team leader with department well-being initiatives. Manage and expedite Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) orders: validate urgency, process orders and quotations in CRM/ERP, coordinate suppliers and logistics, communicate status with customers, lead shift handoffs and cross-functional meetings, and drive resolution using technical documentation.

The Quality Engineer will develop processes to uphold quality standards, perform root cause analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in aerospace manufacturing.

Develop and maintain costing reference standards; collect and curate global costing data; define hourly rates and escalation rules; build analytical models to extract trends; ensure compliance with internal storage guidelines; communicate with costing community and contribute structured inputs to the Costing Data Hub and Data Lake for automation and continuous improvement.

Serve as the liaison between internal maintenance shops and external customers to manage the full MRO lifecycle: create and track sales/service orders, maintain WIP and SAP records, prepare quotes, handle invoicing/credits, coordinate scheduling, and support warranty and financial reconciliation.

Support composite manufacturing as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer: ensure Airbus composite process compliance (AIPI/AIPS), drive process improvements and ramp-up for A350, write machine/environment specifications, and act as the site focal point for composite ME topics and cross-plant knowledge exchange.
