Job Description:
Provide supporting and assistant functions in the Production Flight Test department in Tianjin.
Main activities
- Support ACO1V for the smooth conduct of ground and flight test operations in China.
- Support crews and dispatchers on admin subjects (logistics resources / infrastructure arrangement / coordination…)
- Application on the foreign pilot license and medical validation if needed
- Liaise with Airbus Tianjin departments on daily operational subjects.
- Make sure the completion and compliance of the archive the A/C folders
- Coordinate on the travel arrangements and transportation planning for internal and external supporters Europe if needed
- Order and maintain office spares, stationeries, crew meals
- Support on application of foreign pilot license and medical validation
- Improve and ease internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in aeronautics, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Basic Skills: Very good English level and communication skills. Good learning ability.
- Soft Skills: Team player; Ability to work in a transnational team; good pressure tolerance, good communications, Comprehensive mindset
- Technical Skills: Basic programming skills.
