Support HR lifecycle for Airbus UpNext: coach leaders, design HR policies, manage onboarding/offboarding and administration, ensure legal compliance across France/Spain/Germany, handle recruitment and compensation consistency, contribute to workforce forecasting, employee development, H&S culture, and employee communications. Lead external aerodynamic design and build aerodynamic databases using CFD and wind-tunnel testing. Perform safe separation analyses, develop aerodynamic tools/scripts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver solutions meeting time, cost, and quality across aircraft lifecycle.

Act as trusted advisor to airline customers: define deployment plans, coordinate internal teams, drive solution adoption and value realization, manage contracts/KPIs, identify upsell opportunities, run change management workshops, and ensure long-term product evolution and customer satisfaction.

Define and validate requirements, design and evaluate system architectures for avionic and mission systems, perform trade-offs, assess technology and standards impacts, and support product lifecycle changes in international, cross‑platform teams for Eurofighter and future combat air systems.

Lead product strategy, roadmap and offerability for Skywise Core. Translate airline operational needs into product roadmaps, support enterprise deal architecture and pre-sales, manage technical risk, define SOWs, support delivery milestones, and represent the product in industry advocacy.

Lead and manage Airbus Helicopters Polska engineering organization: set technical strategy, oversee budgets and KPIs, ensure quality/cost/delivery targets, align cross-site teams, mentor staff, support project execution, and report to Managing Director while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Perform aerodynamic design and modelling, drive CFD and experimental wind-tunnel testing, conduct safe separation analyses, develop aerodynamic methods and scripts, collaborate with multidisciplinary international teams, and deliver aerodynamic databases and solutions across the aircraft lifecycle.
