Job Description:
Airbus UpNext is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, for a high-speed blend of HR activities, offering a 360-degree view of the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced "startup" incubator.

As a HR Business Partner, you will support our projects in all HR related topics, to take care of our talents and leaders, and to contribute to the fast and efficient running of our ambitious technological demonstrators.

This is a 8-month mission (CDD), based in Toulouse (Saint-Martin du Touch), starting on the 1st of November 2026.
Your Flight Plan (Key Responsibilities)
Working in close collaboration with the HR Director and the HR team, you are a trusted source of support to whom Airbus UpNext leaders can count on.
You will:
Coach and support the demonstrators on HR practices, and team dynamics
Design and experiment, together with Airbus, new HR policies and as such allow UpNext to act as a test environment for Airbus HR function
Deliver HR operations
Accompany onboarding and offboarding regular cycles
Ensure end to end personal administration activities in collaboration with Airbus support functions (Reward Ops, Legal, Finance, Security, IT, etc.)
Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor law, anticipate and implement all legal requirements as needed across France, Spain and Germany.
Use of Workday, Google suite, external payroll provider (Spain), and in-house Time Management tool.
Support the recruitment process, ensuring compensation structure consistency
Contribute to the financial forecast related to resources, compensation & benefits, training and development activities etc.
Consolidate and structure HR information and guidelines
Prepare and adapt contractual templates and other legal documents.
Play an active role in people development, supporting them in driving and accelerating their career evolution (next career step at mission completion for instance)
Contribute to enhance the UpNext health & safety culture (well being, occupational risks…)
Provide appropriate communications and support to employees and managers, enhancing the UpNext culture (values & ambitions).
Contribute to a good social climate and constructive dialogue with the staff representatives
The role will involve business travel mainly in Europe (on average every quarter for 1 to 2 days).

French labor law basic knowledge is mandatory, knowledge in German and Spanish labor law is a plus.
Negotiation levels in French and English are required, German and Spanish are definitely a plus !
