Lead design and development of platform and system software for cloud-ready routing products running Junos Evolved. Lead design, development, integration, validation, and advanced troubleshooting for Aruba WLAN products. Provide deep expertise in enterprise wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7, RF, security), mentor junior engineers, drive cross-organizational initiatives, and support customer-facing escalations aligned to Americas business hours. Evaluate designs, integrate new wireless technologies, and ensure standards compliance and product quality.

Provide advanced engineering-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex Linux networking issues on HPE Compute servers. Collaborate with Linux distribution and OEM partners, R&D, and global support teams to isolate root causes, develop tools, influence product supportability, and increase team self-sufficiency. May work directly with customers and perform standby/after-hours duties.

Manage assigned accounts via phone and electronic channels to build pipeline, qualify leads, create account plans, and close moderately complex HPE networking solutions. Collaborate with field sales, channel partners, and sub-teams; forecast sales activity and position IT products to drive retention and new business.
