Design and automate high-density, high-speed PCB layouts throughout feasibility, component placement, routing, constraint management, design verification, and tapeout. Lead test strategy and execution for complex networking features. Design and implement Python-based automation and CI/CD test frameworks, leverage AI/LLMs for test generation and log analytics, run security-aware functional and performance tests across physical and virtual testbeds, analyze packet traces/logs, drive RCA and defect triage, mentor junior engineers, and improve test infrastructure and tooling.

Provide L2 technical support for virtualization and datacenter software (Zerto/VMware vSphere). Troubleshoot customer issues via log analysis, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), Linux/UNIX administration, and storage subsystems. Communicate effectively with customers, collaborate with teams, and escalate complex problems while ensuring timely resolution in a hybrid work model.

Manage a global Advanced Services team for HPE Networking to deliver defect/bug reports, customer product health reports, RMAs, case reviews, and remote consulting across routing, switching, security, and cloud. Drive customer experience, coordinate global teams, engage with engineering and IT, hire and develop engineers, and improve processes through automation and quality initiatives.
