Serve as the technical advocate for HPE Complete Care and GreenLake customers, develop Account Support Plans, manage operational profiles, drive proactive technical deliverables, lead support reviews, facilitate Support Team Days, and occasionally visit customer sites to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Provides Tier 2/3 data center infrastructure support for a federal contract. Maintains network and system hardware, performs installations, upgrades, patching, security configuration, monitoring, incident resolution, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. Advises customers and sales teams, mentors junior staff, supports operational improvements, and works onsite in Manassas with occasional evening or weekend flexibility.

Develop technical enablement content, product demonstrations, solution guides, workshops, and training for HPE Apstra data center networking. Support sales, systems engineering, partners, and customers through presentations, technical expertise, and field enablement. Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and regional teams on launches and positioning. Translate complex networking, automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure concepts into compelling technical narratives and customer value.

Provides onsite enterprise network operations, maintenance, deployment planning, implementation support, testing, troubleshooting, and customer consultation. Supports Juniper SRX, QFX, and EX platforms, including stateful firewalls, routing, switching, and QoS. Serves as the customer’s primary technical contact, coordinates with Juniper technical assistance, resolves operational issues, and prepares technical documentation. Requires 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience and a Top Secret clearance.

Administer and optimize HPE PCAI and AI Factory AI/HPC infrastructure, including GPU clusters, container platforms, storage, networking, automation, observability, security, and AI workloads. Manage platform lifecycle, patching, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and operational improvements. Support NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Ezmeral platforms, Kubernetes, SLURM, and related development tools while mentoring support teams and coordinating with engineering.

Provides post-sales technical account leadership for enterprise networking customers. Acts as the primary service contact, coordinates support and professional services, manages SLAs and escalations, conducts network health checks, reviews configurations and software defects, identifies deployment risks, and recommends improvements to network performance, reliability, security, and topology. The role also coordinates service delivery, reporting, customer reviews, and collaboration with engineering teams on product quality issues.

Provides professional customer-service solutions for unresolved escalated cases from end users, dealers, service providers, field employees, executives, and channel partners. Handles complaints involving availability, pricing, product safety, customer satisfaction, and authorized dealers through telephone and written correspondence. Applies customer-relations knowledge, hardware and operating-system knowledge, communication skills, and independent judgment to analyze issues and recommend solutions.

Owns sales execution and customer growth for HPE Networking Cloud solutions across Tier 2, Tier 3, and Neo-Cloud providers. Develops account plans, builds executive relationships, manages pipeline and forecasts, generates opportunities, and achieves revenue targets. Advises customers on campus and branch wireless networking, enterprise switching, cloud-aligned architectures, and infrastructure modernization while coordinating internal teams and channel partners.

Serves as the primary post-sales technical contact for enterprise networking customers, coordinating support delivery, SLAs, escalations, service plans, health checks, and technical reviews. Advises customers on network performance, architecture, upgrades, configurations, risk mitigation, and new HPE Networking deployments. Coordinates across customers, partners, support, engineering, professional services, and account teams while maintaining ITIL-based reporting and network solution documentation.

Develop and own secure, high-performance endpoint agents for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux in ZTNA and VPN environments. Design networking and security capabilities including tunneling, TLS, identity-aware access, and traffic steering. Optimize cross-platform code, resolve complex production networking issues, improve observability, enforce engineering standards, mentor engineers, and influence architecture.
