Serve as trusted advisor for Private Bank clients, build and manage client relationships, coordinate specialist teams to deliver wealth planning, investments, lending, and trust services, drive AUM growth, ensure service standards, manage risk and compliance, and lead client onboarding and reviews.

Serves as a trusted advisor and coordinator for Private Bank clients, developing relationships, prospecting for new business, identifying wealth management opportunities, and coordinating specialists across investments, lending, trust, risk, and planning. Leads client onboarding, reviews, service delivery, recommendations, CRM documentation, and relationship profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance and achieving revenue objectives.

Leads complex financial analysis and recurring regulatory reporting filings, ensuring compliance with agency requirements. Develops disclosures, action plans, reporting processes, and financial data systems; monitors reporting calendars, risks, policies, and chart-of-account maintenance. Partners with business lines, management, and regulatory agencies, supports system conversions, resolves process issues, and trains and develops staff.

Assists with financial analysis and recurring regulatory reporting filings. Prepares disclosures and analytical reports, monitors reporting deadlines, maintains chart-of-accounts information, supports financial data systems, researches performance trends, and recommends process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy and compliance. Collaborates with business managers, finance teams, regulatory agencies, and senior stakeholders while identifying and managing reporting risks.

Acquire, grow, and retain mass-affluent and Preferred Program customers through consultative sales. Advise customers on financial solutions, meet investment/referral goals, partner with financial center teams, and maintain required licenses and compliance.
