Support onboarding and ongoing management of third-party vendors in a call center environment. Coordinate and manage conversions of domestic and global custody accounts, liaise with clients and prior custodians, prepare global tax and BNY Mellon documentation, set up accounts in AMTrust/CIP, coordinate internal teams and system interfaces, and ensure smooth post-conversion reconciliation and compliance.

Responsible for business development in treasury management, client service excellence, managing client portfolios, and risk management while adhering to policies.
