Manage and deepen relationships with a book of clients, identify service and recordkeeping opportunities, develop relationship and retention plans, resolve complex client issues, coordinate cross-team service solutions, and use Vanguard product knowledge to strengthen client outcomes.

Manage collateral and margin activities for Vanguard funds, execute daily fund operations, maintain systems and counterparty relationships, lead process improvements, document procedures, resolve reconciliation issues, and participate in special projects.

Lead backend architecture and server-side development for enterprise applications. Provide technical direction, approve solutions, optimize performance and databases, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure security and scalability, mentor teams, and enforce enterprise standards across projects.

Support communications planning and execution for Vanguard's investment brand. Develop and execute integrated communications plans, monitor news and competitors, draft articles, social media copy, and briefing materials, assist media relations and reporting, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate across Marketing, Communications, and business teams. Provide junior counsel under senior supervision and cover events outside usual business hours when required.
