Manages strategic systems integrator partnerships, develops trusted stakeholder relationships, and drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. Executes co-sell and reseller go-to-market initiatives, enables partners on Esri offerings, supports solution selling and market analysis, monitors forecasts and performance, and negotiates moderately complex agreements. Creates and maintains technical documentation for ArcGIS observability and enterprise software products, including conceptual content, workflows, tutorials, help materials, videos, and blogs. Collaborates with engineers, product managers, and marketing, validates documentation through software deployment and testing, supports release requirements, and conducts usability testing. The role also reviews AI-generated documentation and uses modern doc-as-code and AI-assisted writing workflows.

Create and maintain user assistance documentation for ArcGIS observability software, including online help, tutorials, blogs, videos, workflows, and troubleshooting guidance. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing throughout the software development lifecycle. Deploy and test software workflows to verify documentation accuracy, support usability testing, and provide functionality feedback. Evaluate AI-generated technical content, apply modern documentation and doc-as-code workflows, and ensure clear, accurate, user-focused materials.

Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, procurement, and statements-of-work agreements. The role supports vendors and internal teams, aligns contract terms with business and risk objectives, identifies and mitigates contractual risks, manages high agreement volumes, and improves negotiation processes while protecting intellectual property and supporting Esri’s sales goals.
