The Senior Tooling Engineer at GE Appliances will oversee tooling design, enhance manufacturing processes, and collaborate with various teams for product introduction and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Lead development and deployment of capital equipment and manufacturing processes for NPI and productivity improvements. Define equipment specs, manage supplier selection, oversee installation/qualification, apply DFMA, Lean/3P and automation to optimize OEE, safety, and cost. Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, operations, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure scalable, safe production systems.

Lead capital equipment and tooling projects for high-volume dishwasher manufacturing. Develop and improve assembly and metal fabrication processes, ensure DFMA, collaborate cross-functionally, design workstations and automation solutions, support NPI and manufacturing readiness, drive equipment reliability and OEE, maintain process documentation, and train operators and maintenance personnel.

Lead global infrastructure and cloud strategy and operations: define multi-year cloud roadmaps, drive multi-cloud migrations, improve reliability/performance/cost, leverage AI for operations, manage networks/data centers/DR/security, negotiate vendors, oversee budgets, respond to critical incidents, and build/mentor the infrastructure team while presenting to executives.

Lead plant supplier quality and ESD process control: establish and sustain ESD program (training, audits, QMS), own ESD-related manufacturing control plans, manage supplier CAPA/SCAR, triage supplier issues, perform SPC and data analysis, support NPI and testing, and drive Cost of Quality reduction through cross-functional continuous improvement.

The CAE Analyst is responsible for conducting structural and thermal analysis, fatigue life calculations, and solving complex FEA problems to support appliance product development at GE Appliances.

Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on product-related regulatory matters (energy efficiency, refrigerants, chemicals, packaging/EPR, right to repair). Lead regulatory advocacy, rulemaking, agency submissions, and defense of investigations. Partner with engineering, product, and operations to assess regulatory risk, monitor laws and standards, and align regulatory strategy with business objectives.

Provide senior paralegal support to attorneys by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and legal documents; manage trackers and deadlines; coordinate document collection and external counsel; support contract administration, compliance, claims, record retention, and continuous improvement of legal processes and systems.

Lead technical ownership of equipment in a production area: troubleshoot root causes, program/read PLC ladder logic, manage preventive maintenance and TPM, drive uptime and OEE improvements, oversee maintenance teams, execute equipment purchases and capital justification, coordinate cross-functional improvement projects, and support safety, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
