Manage HR-focused program activities supporting Air Force/DoD customers: workforce planning, staffing, organizational effectiveness, program schedules, reports, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, recruitment/onboarding, training, and executive briefings to ensure mission continuity and policy compliance.

Serve as senior contract specialist supporting SOF AT&L PEO-Maritime: prepare and review solicitations, awards, and post-award actions in PD2; conduct price/cost analysis; support acquisition planning, IPTs, and contract administration; ensure auditable contract files and compliance with acquisition regulations.

Lead and execute configuration management for software, hardware, engineering documents, and technical data. Manage baselines, change control, CM records, and CCBs; assess change impacts; ensure CDRL/DFARS compliance; prepare CM reports and correspondence; archive acquisition documentation; support audits and sustainment activities.

Support AFNWC NC3 Integration Directorate by developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinating schedule activities across the PMO, producing scheduling products (Gantt charts, network diagrams), performing schedule risk assessments and EVM analysis, communicating status to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with acquisition processes to meet program objectives.
