Applied Research Solutions (ARS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Scheduler supporting the NC3 Contract within the Program Executive Office for Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Weapon System Division (NCW). In this role, you'll support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) NC3 Integration Directorate, helping deliver acquisition and program management capabilities that support one of the Air Force's most critical national security missions.
This is a full-time, on-site position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution
- Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams
- Provide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success
- Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives
- Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership
- Identify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules
- Conduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision-making
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor’s degree or master's Degree in a related discipline
Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project
The expected annual salary range: $140k - $150K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.

Skills Required
